Enfila Vallès checks 100% of the ends.

Before we begin to warp a beam, in any kind of fiber, we make an analysis of the totality of the ends to discard those which do not accomplish the requested quality requirements at a mechanical level (titer, filaments, twist, etc ...), of at a dye affinity level.

For the sizung process we also make a control in each order to make sure  that the level of the

 sizing is uniform and always within the required parameters according to the fiber and the specific article.

in order to do so we have a laboratory with the needes equipment, and above all, we have specialized technicians with a large experience in the field.
